COVID-19 CASE INFORMATION

4/26/2021

In our ongoing commitment to transparency, I would like to inform you that we have no positive cases of Covid 19 for our residents and employees.

Chicago Ridge Nursing and Rehab continues to follow all the recommendations from the CDC and IDPH to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our residents and staff. The facility continues to test our employees weekly. The facility continues to offer Covid 19 vaccination to our residents and employees. Our facility has started to progress into the re-opening phases and are currently moving into phase 2. We have started with outdoor visitation. Appointments are required. Please call to schedule with Eve in activities. We are currently offering visits Monday-Friday from 1 0am-1 :30pm and Sundays from 1-2pm. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance to allow for proper pre-screening to be done.

In our ongoing commitment to transparency, I inform you that after facility wide testing,we have all negative results,residents and employees!!

Chicago Ridge Nursing and Rehab continues to follow all the recommendations from the CDC and the Illinois Dept. of Public Health to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents and staff. As we test more residents and staff throughout the facility we will continue to share results. Residents testing positive for COVID-19 will be moved to a designated isolation area while they are recovering from their illness and will return to their rooms once it is safe for them to do so

In our ongoing commitment to transparency, I inform you that after facility wide testing, 1 additional resident tested positive for COVID-19, and all current staff tested negative. The resident has been placed in isolation per CDC guidelines.

Chicago Ridge Nursing and Rehab continues to follow all the recommendations from the CDC and the Illinois Dept. of Public Health to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents and staff. As we test more residents and staff throughout the facility we will continue to share results. Residents testing positive for COVID-19 will be moved to a designated isolation area while they are recovering from their illness and will return to their rooms once it is safe for them to do so

We are happy to report that we have had no new cases of COVID-19 during the period of, 6/16/2020 - 6/22/2020.
